Deleting a user or locking an account
FollowTo delete a user:
- Click on > Security > Users
- Click on the name of the user you wish to delete
- Click on the Delete button
However, if the user account was used for some time in the cloud, we do not recommend to delete it, as several operations linked to that account might be affected.
The best practice is to lock the account in order to block the access to the cloud, whilst still keeping the history of all the operations done with it.
To lock a user:
- Click on > Security > Users
- Click on the name of the user you wish to lock
- Select the option Locked account by ticking the corresponding box
- Click on Save
