You can also manage activities directly from the dashboard. The platform in fact has an integrated system of dashboards visible directly from the home of your account. You can enter the Task and meeting summary dashboard to copy or customize tasks and meetings. 

To access the activity dashboard: 

1. Click on the Altamira logo to go to the home page
2. Click on Dashboards
3. Select the My activities dashboard

The Meetings section contains three subsections: 

• Meetings of the next 7 days
• Meetings that have passed for which no outcome was given
• Meetings that must be scheduled

The Task section contains three subsections: 

• Tasks I have assigned that expire over the next 7 days
• Tasks I have assigned that have expired
• Tasks that must be assigned
