Re-opening and re-processing already processed or closed days
FollowTo reopen one or more processed or closed days:
- Go to Attendance > Attendance register
- Find the Status field in the top right corner
- Select the Processed (or Closed) status from the drop down menu
- If you want to re-open the days of a single employee, enter their name in the search bar. Select the period by setting the dates in the From and To fields
- Click on the Find button
- Select the days you want to re-open (see Selecting items from a list)
- Click on the Re-open day button at the bottom right. At this point the days will return to the Not processed status
- Make any desired changes to the attendance or shift details
- Enter the status Not processed and set the same filters as in step 4
- Click on the Process clocl-ins/outs button to close the days
