Attendance book: fixed filter on the current month
FollowThe following sections include a fixed filter set to the current month:
- Attendance (filters by the "attendance date" field)
- Requests (in list view only, not in calendar view, filters by the "absence start date" field)
- Overtime (filters by the "overtime date" field)
- Clock-ins (filters by the "timestamp date" field)
How the fixed filter works
- The fixed filter cannot be removed and is always set by default to the current month.
- It is not considered a quick filter, so the interface will always show “No filter applied,” with no option to reset it.
Customizing the filter
- You can always customize the displayed period by changing the date range using the calendar. The filter is applied immediately when selecting a predefined period or a specific date range.
- You can also manually enter the desired dates in the text field and press Enter to confirm. When the filter is customized, the interface reverts to its standard behavior, allowing the reset option:
When the reset is performed, the fixed filter for the current month is automatically restored.
Note: If you manually select the current month, the system will treat it as a fixed filter and behave accordingly.
