The attendance workflow
Follow
When you view the list of overtime and stamps, the list of statuses appears on the left, that is, the phases that make up the approval workflow of a request.
The workflows are configured by your administrator, therefore the exact denomination and succession of status and outcomes that the workflow entails varies from company to company. The approval processes described in this manual are only an example, therefore they may not correspond to those customized for your company account.
The overtime workflow
When you view the list of overtimes, the count of the total number of overtimes is also shown on the left, divided by workflow phases. If you click on a status, the overtime that reached that stage of the approval process will be displayed; this way of filtering by statuses allows you to quickly switch from overtime in a status to the one in another status.
Keep in mind that selecting a status from the sidebar will cancel any filters applied. This behavior ensures that any overtime that has a certain status is displayed. The workflow also appears when viewing a single overtime. At the bottom of the tab there are some buttons, that are different depending on the status in which you are located, which are used to indicate the outcome of the overtime request and possibly move it to another status.
The clock-ins workflow
When you view the list of clock-ins, the workflow appears on the left, which follows the same rules described above. As a rule, the only stamps that go through the workflow states and are not in the Read from terminal status are those requested by employees following an anomaly.
