Clocking management from the App
FollowAs the administrator of your company account, you can enable or disable the ability for users to clock in using the mobile app.
To begin, go to the configuration of user and group permissions and rights from the menu Setup > Security > Users.
After selecting a user or group, open the Rights tab where you will find the permission Altamira Attendance: allow clock-in via mobile app. If you select this option, the user will be authorized to clock in using the app.
Initial Configuration
By default, all Altamira accounts include a predefined group called Mobile Clock-in. This group grants all active employees permission to clock in via the app.
If you wish to prevent users from clocking in via the app, you need to remove or disable the filter associated with the Mobile Clock-in group. In the group’s Members tab, make sure to clear the Filter name field by selecting a different filter.
This allows you to easily manage app-based clock-in permissions within your company’s Altamira account.
