Configure Push Notifications for the App

You can customize the push notifications for our app. To configure push notifications:
- From the web platform, go to Settings > Application > Workflow and select the workflow you want to configure.
- Locate the Status or Outcome for which you want to configure the notification. (If the notification is linked to a Status, the system will send the notification when the element enters that status; if it’s linked to an Outcome, the notification will be sent when the user clicks the outcome button.)
- Find the Notification section and click the notification link (if a notification already exists) or Notification Settings.
- Select the type Push notification (it can be enabled even if the “email” type is already selected).
- Fill in the form with the required fields: Sender, Recipient (must be the employee’s email address), Title, and Message text.
- Click Save.
Note: If both types (email and push) are active in the same notification, the “email” type configuration will be less detailed. If you need more detail, it’s recommended to create two separate notifications for each type. Also, if the push notification’s title and text fields are left empty, the system will use the email notification’s content, removing any HTML tags.
