If the balance management feature has been configured in the platform, it can be enabled for display directly in the app, allowing quick and easy access to data.

Configuration:

1.  
   1. The Attendance and Leave & Permissions modules must be active.
   2. The reasons must be linked to a counter group:
      • Go to Settings > Application > Codifications and search for “Reasons”.
      • Select the reason, for example, “Vacation”.
      • On the right, the settings for the reason will open — scroll down to the “Counter group” field.
      • Select the appropriate counter (in this example, “Vacation”).
      • Click “Save”.
   3. Assign viewing rights to employees:
      • Go to Settings > Security > Users.
      • Select the group or user for whom you want to enable the feature.
      • Go to the “Rights” tab.
      • Select “Altamira Attendance: View balances in the mobile app”.
      • Click “Save”.
