Altamira HRM is configured to send emails and push notifications in the following situations:

• When an employee requests an absence or overtime.
• When a manager approves or rejects an absence or overtime request.
• When the status of a training course enrollment is updated (e.g., approved, rejected, placed on the waiting list).

Push notifications are received on the device where the app has been installed and the user account receiving the notifications has logged in.

Once a notification is received, you can tap it to open the app directly and access the related section, such as an absence or overtime request.

The app includes a list of the most recent notifications, accessible via the bell icon at the top right of the screen.

The notification icon shows:

• If there are unread notifications.
• 
• If all notifications have been read.
• 

The notifications list displays unread messages in bold.
