Absences
FollowIn the Absences section, you can review both your own requests and those of your team, depending on your company’s security settings. You can also submit a new request directly from this section or check the current status of existing ones.
Each request typically includes:
- Start Date/Time
- End Date/Time
- Type of absence
- The current status of the request (e.g. Pending approval, Rejected, Approved, Cancelled)
To submit a new request:
- Tap the icon at the bottom right corner.
- Select the reason for your request.
- Enter the start and end dates.
- Submit the request by tapping the “Send” button.
Depending on your company’s configuration, the absence request form may include additional information, such as comments or remaining balances (see also App Balances). At the bottom of the screen, you can also find an expandable section showing the workflow of the request.
If you are a Manager:
In the Absences section, you will see two tabs: Me and My Team, where you can view your own requests or those submitted by your team.
To approve or reject a request, open the request details and tap the corresponding buttons.
