Balances App
FollowThe Balances section is a tool that allows you to independently monitor your vacation, leave, and other absence balances. Through this feature, each employee can easily access their information, check the total number of remaining days available, and plan their time off requests more efficiently.
If your company has enabled this functionality, you’ll find it in the Absences menu, where the standard residual counters are displayed. Swipe left or right to view all configured counters.
By tapping on a specific counter, you can view the following details:
- Expected balance (calculated as: +Accrued - Used - Booked. If the accrued value is not set, the annual accrual rate—currently not visible in the app—is used instead.)
- Used
- Accrued
- Booked
