From the Clock-ins section, you can record your "in/out" punches and view your most recent clock-ins by scrolling through the list.

To record a clock-in:

• Tap the corresponding button to clock in or clock out.

The app sends the exact time and in/out direction of the clock-in to the Altamira systems, which are then used for attendance processing.

In some company configurations, employees are required—after pressing a clock-in button— to specify a reason to associate with the entry. In these cases, you’ll be automatically redirected to the list of reasons provided by your company.

Geolocation

If geolocation is enabled in your company’s configuration, the app will request permission to access your location. Once this service is activated on your smartphone and permission granted, the address of your current location will appear above the in/out buttons.

Geofencing

If geofencing has been enabled by your company, the app allows you to clock in only within a specific virtual geographic area defined by your organization. The circle displayed on the map turns green when you are inside it, indicating that you can now proceed with the clock-in.
