Overtime
FollowIn the Overtime section, you can monitor the status of your overtime requests. Depending on your company’s security settings, you may also be able to see, in a dedicated tab, the overtime requests of your team — a feature typically reserved for team managers.
From this section, you can also submit a new overtime request.
Each overtime record typically includes:
- Date of overtime entry
- Minutes accrued
- Current status of the overtime request (e.g. accrued, rejected, approved, cancelled, pending approval)
- Reason
To submit a new overtime request:
- Click the icon at the bottom right corner.
- Enter the date and requested hours.
- Specify the destination type of the overtime.
- Submit the request by clicking the “Request approval” button.
To approve or reject an overtime request (request details):
By selecting an overtime entry from either the My Overtime or My Team tab, you can view its details.
The main data fields are immediately visible, but you can scroll down to review additional information.
To approve or reject an overtime request, click the corresponding icons at the bottom of the detail section:
- Approve
- Reject
At the bottom, there is also an expandable section that shows the overtime workflow. You can click the top part of this section to view the history of status changes.
