Hired candidates filter in the Recruiting dashboard
FollowIn the "My Recruiting" dashboard on the homepage, there is a section that displays the candidates who have been hired.
By default, an initial filter is applied that allows each user to view only the candidates they personally hired with their own account, preventing them from seeing candidates hired by other users.
To remove this initial filter, edit the subview of the "My Recruiting" dashboard:
- Go to Settings
> Application > View & Form Management
- Click the edit icon
of the My Recruiting form
- Locate the subview for the Hired Candidates section (it should be named My Hires)
- Go back to the View & Form Management section > search for the My Hires subview and click the edit icon
- Click on Actions > Set initial filter
- In the username field, you will find the option %%USERNAME%% selected (which filters the view by each individual user account)
- Remove the selection, leaving the field blank
- Click Save
This way, all users will be able to see all hired candidates without filters.
