In the employee profile, you can record the languages known by the employee, providing a complete overview of their language skills.

To add a new language to the list of available options in the Languages section of the employee profile:

1. Click on Settings > Application > Codings
2. Search for the coding Languages (Employee)
3. Select the parent folder
4. Click on New
5. Enter the language in the Description field (e.g. German)
6. Click Save

The newly added language will appear in the list of available options within the Languages section of the employee profile.

To add a language proficiency level (e.g. A1, A2 or Native, Basic, etc.), you need to create custom fields.
