The assets to be associated with employees are codings configurable by the System Administrator. They can be configured both in the list of general assets and within each company role, so that each employee automatically receives the list of assets according to their assigned role.

1) Configure general assets

• Add new assets individually

1. Go to Settings > Application > Codings
2. Search for the coding Assets
3. Select the root folder Assets and click the New button on the top command bar. A folder labeled New item will appear on the right.
4. Replace the label by entering the name of the new asset
5. Click Save

• Add multiple assets at once

1. Go to Settings > Application > Codings
2. Search for the coding Assets
3. Select the root folder Assets and click Multiple insert on the top command bar. A folder labeled New item will appear on the right.
4. Enter the list of assets. Note: each item must be on a new line — only one item per line (e.g., line 1 Mobile phone, line 2 Tablet, line 3 Laptop, etc.). You can paste the list from an Excel or Word file.
5. Click Save

2) Configure assets associated with roles

1. Go to Settings > Application > Codings
2. Search for the coding Roles
3. Select the desired role
4. Open the tab Assets
5. Click Add assets
6. Select the assets from the list by checking the corresponding boxes
7. Click Add
