Creating or editing contacts
Follow
To create a new contact
- Click on Other > Clients
- Search for the client using the Quick search field or the Advanced search form
- Click on the edit icon
- Click on the New > New contact link available at the top left in the context menu
- Fill in the form as necessary
- Click on the Save button at the bottom of the form
To edit an existing contact
- Click on Other > Clients
- Search for the client using the Quick search field or the Advanced search form
- Click on the edit icon
- Click on View contacts from the client navigation bar
- Click on the edit icon of the contact you wish to edit
- Make the required changes
- Click on the Save button at the bottom of the form
