Request the insertion of a missing time stamp
FollowIf your account has the Altamira Presenze product, it is very likely that the configured working hours require clock-in and clock-out time stamps.
If your working hours require time stamps and you forgot to clock in or couldn’t do it, the system will register an anomaly visible on the platform, which will also be notified via email.
To resolve the anomaly, you can submit a time stamp request that must be approved by your supervisor or the HR team. Time stamps to be approved can be requested like a regular absence by selecting the appropriate reasons from the drop-down menu:
Click on Presenze > Richieste (or Assenze > Richieste if you only have the Leave and Permissions module)
Click on New at the bottom of the page
Select the reason Clock-in/Clock-out
Fill in the necessary data (date, time, and any notes)
Click on Submit. The time stamp request follows the same acceptance/approval workflow as all other types of absence
