Viewing a shift, an attendance schedule or the working hours of an employee
FollowViewing the shift cycle associated with an employee
- Click on Attendance > Shifts from the main menu
- Search for the employee's name in the quick search bar
- You will see past and current shifts associated with the employee
- Below the Shift cycle column you can see the name of the cycle associated with each employee
- To open the detailed schedule click on the link under the Start date column
Viewing the attendance model associated with a shift cycle
- Locate the employee's shift cycle following the steps of the previous paragraph
- Enter Setup > Application > Coding > Attendance schedules
- Search the shift by entering the name in the quick search bar or scrolling through the pages
- Click on the name of the attendance schedule to open the form
- In the day section, you will see the types of day. In the example, the type of day is Part time morning
- To view the presence model configuration go to Setup > Application > Coding > Attendance model and look for the presence model name in the list
Example: in the Part time 4hr morning shift cycle, the working hours are identical for all days of the week, for which only one presence model is specified, called Part time morning
Viewing the working hours slots of an attendance model
- Locate the employee's shift cycle following the steps of the previous paragraph
- Enter Setup > Application > Coding > Attendance model
- Search the model by entering the name in the quick search bar or scrolling through the pages
- Click on the name of the attendance model to open the form
- Click on the Time slots tab, then click on the start time of the time band under the Start column
In the example shown in the image below:
- Click on 1:00 PM to display the lunch break configuration
- Click on 9:00 AM to view the ordinary working range
- Click on 6:00 PM to view the overtime range
