This feature allows you to send a questionnaire to course participants for the Training Effectiveness Evaluation.

The evaluation questionnaire is generated when the “final status” is set for each participant in the course edition, or upon completion of an eLearning course. The sending process is managed through the activity configured in the corresponding Workflow.

The participant will receive an email containing the link to complete the questionnaire.

Process

1. Enable the flag Includes automatic sending of the Training Effectiveness Evaluation on the courses for which you want to send an evaluation request.
2. The evaluation will be generated for each participant as follows:
   • When setting the final status for an individual participant (final status = successful).
   • When closing the edition, evaluation requests will be sent for all participants with an empty final status (final status = successful).
   • When a participant completes an eLearning course.
3. Review the created evaluations and their results within the course or edition form.

Notes

• At this time, it is not possible to create or send a questionnaire if the edition has already been closed.
• The questionnaire cannot be sent more than once to the same participant.
