Anomalies
FollowWhen you forget one or more daily clock-ins, overtime clock-in, or make any other mistake with clock-ins, Altamira Attendance will generate an anomaly.
You can find a short list of your latest anomalies directly on the homepage:
To view the complete list of your recent anomalies and those of your collaborators:
- Click on Attendance from the main menu
- Click on Anomalies
The anomalies that the system can currently detect based on the settings of employees' shifts are:
- The clock-in/outs for this day are odd
- The first clock-in/out is an exit
- There are no clock-ins/outs for this day
- There are consecutive clock-ins/outs in the same direction
- The employee does not have a shift for this day
- The employee's shift does not have a template day for this day
- The day has missing hours
- The number of hourse worked is sufficient but does not comply with the expected time slots
- The day is not finished
- The minimum duration of the time slots has not been respected
- The minimum duration of the work day in the attendance model has not been respected
- The maximum duration of the time slots has not been respected
- The approved leave requests do not match the clock-in/outs
- The approved requests do not match the clock-ins
- The day has missing hours
- No reason specified to "missing hours"
- There are multiple leave requests that cover the entire day
- There are leave requests "by the hour" that overlap
- There is a leave request that covers the whole day and other requests of different type
- The number of days connected to the month is not accurate
- The number of days tied to the week is not accurate
- Some days of the week have not been processed
- Some of the days of the month have not been processed
- Processing of the week cannot modify days that have already been closed
- The processing of the month cannot modify days that have already been closed
