Altamira Recruiting allows you to manage binary files in a flexible and advanced way. The content of documents that are uploaded to the platform can be searched by text search. The documents are connected to the data they are loaded with, so that the full-text search and the structured search can be carried out simultaneously. The platform will show a preview of the document highlighting the keywords you are looking for in yellow (or quick icons for images).

In the example below: the CV database search for the word "German" produced two CVs. In both attachments, the word "German" is highlighted in yellow.
