The changes made to the company organization chart are historicized and can be consulted at any time. This allows you to trace the professional path of each employee as well as who has occupied a position over the years.

You can see:

• The history of the positions held by an employee
• The list of employees who held a specific position

To see the list of the positions held in the past by a specific employee

1. Access the employee form
2. Click on the Detail link in the Current positions section
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to see the section called Position History

To see the list of employees who have held a certain position

1. Open the position form of an employee from Positions > List of positions
2. Select the History tab to see the history of employees who previously occupied this position
