What are fields
FollowIn Altamira HRM, fields represent key categories that can be added to tables to organize and manage data. Once a field has been created, it can be added to a form, making it available or not for users to fill in. You can choose between predefined system fields or create new custom fields based on your company’s specific needs, ensuring flexibility in how information is collected and used.
No technical knowledge is required to create a new field, but you must have access to the system settings.
