Configuring a Task Associated with a Workflow Status
FollowWithin each workflow, it is possible to associate a Task (usually a task or an appointment) with a workflow status.
To create a task for a status:
- Open the Workflow you want to edit.
- Go to the Tasks tab.
- Click Actions > Associate Task/Appointment.
- Fill in the form fields.
- Click Save.
Form fields:

New/Edit Task Type
- Task usage: this field is prefilled based on the option selected in step 3.
- Default action: choose the type of action — select Fill in if it involves creating a task, or Delegate/Schedule if the task will be assigned to other users.
- Task assignment options select the desired option

Notification
- Set up a notification, if needed.

Data format
- Select the views related to each section (List/Multiple recipients/Print for data display/Print layout/Form completed by recipient).
