Sending credentials to users
FollowAny Administrator user can send credentials to users or employees in the following ways:
- Sending credentials to a single user from the user form
- Sending credentials to a single user from the employee form
- Massive sending of credentials to multiple users from the employee list
Sending credentials to a single user from the user form
In Altamira, each account has a user card that can be consulted in the User Security section.
To send credentials to a single user:
- Go to
> Security> Users
- Search for the user using the simple search bar or by scrolling through the pages of the list
- Click the link under the Username column to open the tab
- Click on Send mail
Sending credentials to a single user from the employee form
You can also send your credentials from the employee card:
- Click on Employees > Employee Database
- Click on the employee's name
- Click on Actions > Self Service Accounts > Submit Credentials
Note: if you have created only an employee master card but not a user, before sending the credentials you will have to carry out an additional step, creating an account or connecting the existing card: see Connect a user to the employee card
Massive sending of credentials to multiple users from the employee list
To send massive credentials to multiple users:
- Click on Employees > Employee Database
- Select the users to send the credentials to (see also Select items in a list)
- Click Actions > Self Service Accounts > Submit Credentials
