Unlocking the candidate's account in the Career Site
FollowIf a candidate's account is locked, you can unlock it with an Administrator user account:
- Click on Setup
> Frontend Configuration
- Click on the edit icon
next to the name of the Career Site
- Click on Views > Users
- Search for the username from the list
- Click on the username
- Uncheck the "Account locked" box
- Click on Save
After unlocking, the candidate must reset the password from the reset link on the login page.
