Workflows in Altamira HRM are designed to automate the movement of an element (a CV, a leave request, and so on) through a process.
Workflows are built around two main concepts:
- The Status: the steps of the process which represent the point the candidates has reached in the recruiting process
- The Outcome that each status can have: it determines what the next status in the process will be in the whole workflow
Administrators can create as many workflows as they require and for each workflow they can as many statuses and related outcomes as necessary.
To see the workflows configured in your account, click on Setup > Application > Workflow.
